Payment may be made by credit card, an invoice with the total amount due will be emailed to you at the end of each month. Similarly for our Enterprise Plan and please contact us for further information on what the Enterprise Plan entails.
No, only active users will be charged. Owners can easily manage these accounts and change their status at any time.
Your usage will be drawn down against the credits in the balance until it runs out. Thereafter, we will charge your credit card for the subscription plan.
If a new user joins in the middle of the billing cycle, he/she will be prorated charge.
For example, your team is on the "Pro Plan" which costs USD 10 per active user per month. A new user joins 10 days into your billing period with 20 remaining days in the month. The per day cost for each user is USD 10 / 30, therefore, the pro-rated charge is USD 6.67 (USD 10 / 30 days * 20 days).
